Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation to let you know we have received your order and payment.

Because every masterpiece is hand-painted in real-time by our artists, we will send you a preview photo of the completed work before shipping, allowing you to witness its soul before it arrives.

When your parcel has been officially shipped, you will receive a tracking update from our logistics carrier. You can follow the delivery process of your order by visiting the website of our partner, SF Express. Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive your artwork within 15 business days after the painting is completed and shipped. To ensure the safe arrival of your art, all orders will require a signature upon receipt. In the case of a missed delivery, SF Express will arrange a second attempt and send a pre-delivery notification via SMS. If the delivery remains unsuccessful, the painting will be temporarily returned to our warehouse. Please contact our Customer Care team at that time to arrange a re-delivery; any additional shipping costs incurred will be at your expense.
